Ireland, how I wish to experience you…
Everyone who knows me knows I love to travel. Hell, anyone who reads this blog knows I love to travel. On my infamous To Do In This Lifetime list it even states as much: “See the world!!”
This weekend my friend Jen and I went to see the movie P.S. I Love You - a movie with Hillary Swank (as a side note, she strips down to just her bra and undies and DAMN do I want her abs!!!). But I digress….
In the movie she goes to Ireland and it shows, of course, the lush green countryside. I come home from the movie and what do I see? My Budget Travel magazine with an article titled “Ireland for Beginners”.
I can’t help but wonder if the travel gods aren’t whispering, ever so softly, “Visit Ireland Courtney…” Sadly, though I would love to visit this country, it is not in the budget right now. *heavy sigh* I guess all I get for now is this:
Oh! I would so go with you. After that, we could go to Iceland. *drool* …. In my dreams. How ’bout I win the lottery mmmkay?
Ahhh… Ireland!! Visually compelling and Viciously rugged! A beautiful combination when stirred well with Irish Whiskey…
